Join the community for the annual Glow Celebration tree lighting on Sunday, November 26th! The celebration will begin at 4:00pm and will include a place to send letters to Santa, caroling & more! The Riverview Park is just 2 miles from the community making it the perfect event for an evening walk or hop in the car for a quick 5 minute drive!
Happy Thanksgiving from the Legacy Oaks team! In observation of the Thanksgiving Holiday, our offices will be closed on November 23rd & 24th and will reopen under normal business hours on Monday, November 27th.
Getting ready to move? We want to share a few of our top tips to make the process easier!
1. Plan Ahead - Write out a moving checklist in advance to help keep track of tasks on the day of the move and make things less stressful.
2. Declutter - Get rid of objects you don`t need to keep things light during your move. You won`t waste time packing things you don`t really need.
3. Prepare - Pack a box with some essentials to take with you for the first night in your new home, to get you by while you unpack.
4. Label and color code your boxes to help your movers or helpers drop them off in the right rooms, and so you know what to unpack when you need to.

Here is a friendly reminder that pet and decor contest photos are due tomorrow! We did encounter a technical error in our original email to the community, and it may have prevented us from receiving your submissions. If you have sent in a photo and did not receive a response from a member of our team, please send it again.
1. Home Decor Contest -
We are upgrading our normal decor contest to also include interior decor! Send us pictures of your interior festive decor or exterior decor and you can win a $50 rent credit!
To submit your interior apartment decor: Send your best photos to the email below by October 20th. If we re-share the photos on our social media pages, you will win a $50 credit! (We may reach out for permission for our marketing manager to visit and take professional photos of your beautiful decorations)

2. Pet Costume Contest -
We want to see your adorable pets dressed up for Halloween! From now until October 20th, send pictures of your furry friends in their costumes to the email below. The following week, we will post all the photos on our social media pages. The picture with the most likes will win a spooky pet basket! Be sure to keep an eye out and share the photos with your friends and family to get more likes! We will send a community wide email before voting starts.
